All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Deliveries are handled by NZC Courier. Please visit their website for tracking information on your order once it has been uplifted by them from our warehouse.
We will contact you prior to dispatching your order if your order requires additional courier tickets due to excessive weight or size or rural delivery. Also note, there may be some larger or bulky items which require us to quote on freight separately.
Please ensure delivery details provided are correct. We regret that delivery to P.O. Box addresses is not possible, and we assume no liability for wrong delivery if incomplete or incorrect details are provided. We will do everything we can to help solve any problems and to ensure your order is delivered smoothly.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Central Motor Group Taupo or Rotorua. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8AM TO 5PM on WEEK DAYS AND 8AM TO 12PM on SATURDAYS . Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at parts@cmgrotorua.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at parts@cmgrotorua.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
